Donna M. Greene was the youngest of the union between Otha and Grace Wills. Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Minister Dee (as she was affectionately known) received her elementary and high school education in the District of Columbia Public School System, with her junior high school education received at Ursuline Academy in Maryland. A distinguished woman in her own right, Minister Dee received her college education at The University of the District of Columbia, graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration.

 

Minister Dee worked in retail management, quality control management and as an investigative agent. She also managed a broadcast team for a radio and television ministry.

 

Minister Dee was the Secretary of The Secret Place Kingdom Ministries and the co-host of The Secret Place Kingdom Ministries Radio Broadcast. Her segment, “Wisdom from Above” is designed to project the love of God and bring healing and deliverance to those who are in need.  In honor of Minister Dee, the Radio Broadcast was renamed "Wisdom From Above" Radio Broadcast in February 2022 .

 

She assisted in the research and preparation of the content for the broadcast and managed the itinerary for The Secret Place Kingdom Ministries and staff.

Her favorite scripture was Psalm 27:5,  For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
